(100% ACRYLIC EXTERIOR EMULSION PAINT) PRODUCT CODE: MCP-F205MANDEX –Mand-ACE Advance+is a specially formulated coating for extreme climatic conditions and can withstand high humidity and rain. It is based on structured nano-polymer having excellent adhesion power on plastered surfaces. Its unique formula penetrates to porous surface and provides long lasting protection.
MANDEX-Mand-ACE Advance+provides extra protection from fungus and algae. Also exhibits excellent water repellence and prevents dirt pick up. MANDEX- Mand-ACE Advance+ is a combination of 100 % pure nano-polymer, high opaque pigments, micro-fined minerals, PTFE ,silicon, dry film preservatives and special additives, which provides extra protection under extreme climatic conditions.
AREAS OF APPLICATION: Exterior and interior surface like cement plastered surfaces, concrete, masonry, brick gypsum, asbestos and partition board.

SURFACE PREPERATION:
Ensure that the surface to be painted is clean and dry. Remove all particles of old paint, grease or other substances. If the surface is uneven, rub down with appropriate grinder and wipe out all dust with brush and cloth. Cracks or holes, if present, should be filled with good quality crack filler and the surface must be made even.
DIRECTION FOR USE: Open the container lid and stir the contents. Transfer the required quantity in to a clean vessel add 30% water (300 ml to one litre) slowly while stirring. Now the product is ready for use. Always use good quality brush or roller for best performance. Can be applied in horizontal or vertical direction. Second coat can be applied six hours after the first coat.
