MANDEX - ACU TUFF Crack filler is a unique combination of hydrophobic fibres, special aggregates, styrene polymer, defoamer and additives for non-shrinkage and water repellence. It comes in a dry powder form. Addition of potable water produces a ready-to-use uniform paste. It has excellent adhesion properties to almost all surfaces such as concrete, cement plaster, brick work, water tank etc. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

SURFACE PREPERATIONS : The surface should be clean and free from grease, oil, dirt and loose particles. Prior to application, wet the entire gaps with clean potable water and allow to remain dampat the time of application. Narrow cracks should be chiseled to form a 'V' groove of minimum 5mm X5mm and cleaned to remove loose particles and dust.
MIXING INSTRUCTION : Add water to the powder slowly and mixed manually or using a putty mixing machine to get auniform paste like consistency. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes for all the ingredients to dissolve and combine. Mix again and the filler is now ready for use.
HOW TO APPLY? Apply the ACU-TUFF crack filler to the cleaned crack surface by pressing firmly into the cracks using small putty blade. Avoid contact with eyes. It is recommended to wear protective gloves. All tools should be cleaned with water after finishing the work. Prepared material must be used within one hour. Mix only required quantity for every use. Do not add water once the mixed filler mortar starts to stiffen and harden.

STORAGE : Store in a airtight containers in a dry place away from direct sunlight
SHELF LIFE : 18 months from the date of manufacture in unopened packs
SAFETY MEASUREMENTS : Mandex products does not contain any chemicals hazardous to health; it is a purely eco-friendly and low VOC product. However, for additional safety, wear mask and gloves while handling. In case of contact with eyes or face, wash with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
