Mandex-FLOOR MAX-Seal is eco-friendly, low odour and low VOC paint. Hence ideal for use in the flooring of hospitals, schools, children parks, hotels etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION
(New & uncoated Concrete OR Masonry Surfaces)
New concrete surface must cure for a minimum of 30 days. Before applying .
FLOOR MAX-Seal, ensure that the surface is free of dust, oil and grease and other materials thatprevent the adhesion of paint to the surface. For proper adhesion and penetration of FLOOR MAX-Seal, use Mandex SBR LATEX primer as a base coat. Allow this primer to dry for at least 8 hours.
(Old and Painted Concrete OR Masonry Surfaces) Completely strip or sand the surface and remove all loose particle of previous paint, fungus, algae and mildew. Wash entire surface with detergent and water using wire brush. Wash with plenty of water and allow the surface to dry completely. Then apply Mandex SBR LATEX Primer as a base coat and allow to dry for at least 8 hours.
APPLICATION: Transfer required quantity of paint to clean vessel and add water to a level of 20% (200 ml to 1 lit) slowly with stirring. DO NOT over-thin the product; it may cause improper adhesion and non-uniformity in colour. Apply using good quality brush, roller or spray. Apply first coat in horizontally and second coat vertically for better and uniform finish. Give an interval of minimum 10 hoursbetween first coat and second coat.
SAFETY MEASURES: Mandex-FLOORMAX-Seal does not contain any chemicals hazardous to health; it is a purely eco-friendly and low VOC product. However, for additional safety, wear mask and gloves while handling. In case of contact with eyes or face, wash with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
QUALITY ASSURANCE. Mandex products are manufactured under strict quality control in all areas of production. Great care is exercised from raw material procurement to processing and product packing to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications. The performance of each products is totally guaranteed when used according to our direction for use.
