It is ideal for the decoration of exposed old and new roof tiles and other masonry surfaces. It adheres and protects most roof substrates and provides excellent sheen weather resistant finish.
MANDEX-ROOF TEX has excellent weather durability with UV, mold resistance to prevent unsightly Fungus and algae growth. It has excellent adhesion properties and gives a uniform , highly water resistant coating on roof tiles.
MANDEX-ROOF TEX contains world class polyurethane dispersion. Micro- fined minerals, opaque polymers, U.V. resistance pigments, hydrophobic agents, in-can and dry-film preservatives and micro-teflon are added to achieve long lasting durable finish.

SURFACE PREPERATION:
Ensure that the surface is clean and dry, and free from chalking, loose, friable material, dust, dirt, grease and other contaminations. This can be achieved through high-pressure water cleaning. Previously painted tiles may be water blasted, however care must be taken as this may damage the tiles. Tiles should be inspected and any cracked or damaged tile must be repaired or replaced. Treat any mold, moss or lichen by washing with house hold bleach and water or using other mold treatments.
METHOD OF APPLICATION Open the container lid slowly and stir the contents. Transfer the material slowly into a clean vessel and add required water with stirring. Do not over thin the product it may cause poor bonding, hiding, coverage and gloss. Always use good quality brush, roller or spray gun for better performance. For best result, apply Mandex-Single Shot (X) primer one coat on the entire surface.
DRYING TIME: Drying time will vary depending on external climatic conditions, humidity and wind movement. However, under normal conditions product will dry in 5-6 hours. But for best results, give an interval of 16 hours between coats.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES: Stir the contents well before use | Do not apply on hot and moist surface | Clean all applicators with water only | Keep the container tightly closed when not in use | Store the material in cool and dry place | Store the material away from the reach of children
SAFETY MEASURES: Mandex- ROOF TEX does not contain any chemical hazardous to health. It is a low VOC, eco-friendly product. For additional safety, wear mask and gloves during handling and application. In case of contact with eyes or face, wash with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical assistance.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Mandex products are manufactured under high standard of quality control in all stages of production. Great care is exercised from raw material procurement to processing and packing to ensure consistency in quality parameters as per our specifications.
