MANDEX- LACTO is a low VOC, water based, state- of- the art nano-particle acrylic sealer. It is specially designed to improve the hardness of the surface before the painting of roof and floor tiles. It provides excellent water resistant and U.V. resistant finish.
MANDEX-LACTO sealer penetrates deep into concrete and tile substrates. it gives excellent non- yellowing, semi-gloss and highly water resistant film on the surface.
MANDEX –LACTO is a high solid sealer ideal for use on concrete and roof tile exposed to high degree of humidity and heat. This sealer protects against the effect of efflorescence, humidity, moisture absorption, rain and mildew growth. It will not flake, chip or peel. This gives a safe and environment friendly protection to the building.
MANDEX –LACTO is based on 100 % pure acrylic latex with combination of hydrophobic agents. Dry film preservatives, adhesion promoters, and FLURO polymer are added to give long lasting durable finish.

SURFACE PREPERATIONS:
Ensure that the surface to be painted is clean and dry. Remove all particles of old paint, grease or other substances. If surfaces are uneven, rub down with appropriate grinder and wipe out the dust with brush and cloth. Fill up holes or cracks, if present, with good quality crack filler and make the surface even.
DIRECTION FOR USE: Open the container lid slowly and stir the contents. The product is ready to use. Do not dilute. Always use good quality brush or roller for best performance. Coating can applied in horizontal or vertical direction.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES: Stir the contents well before use | Do not apply on hot and moist surface | Clean all applicators with water only | Keep the container tightly closed when not in use | Store the material in cool and dry place | Store the material away from the reach of children
