MANDEX COOL provides an effective heat rejecting and insulation coating for both exterior and interior surfaces. It has excellent water proofing and flexible film properties and can fill/bridge hairline cracks. It has excellent acid –alkali resistance and is highly water repellent.
MANDEX COOL is 100% PU based elastomeric emulsion, with superior adhesion power and outstanding film hardness and gives a high glossfinish.
MANDEX COOL is composed of 100% PU polymer, micronized minerals, high opaque pigments, special additives to provide stain-free,hydrophobic and acid- alkali resistant coating, in-can and dry film preservatives and rheology modifier.Contains PTFE (Teflon) and silicon for optimum performance.
AREA OF APPLICATIONS : Cement plastered surfaces, concrete, masonry, brick, gypsum, asbestos and partition board.

SURFACE PREPARATIONS :
Ensure that the surface to be painted is clean and free of moisture. Remove all particles of old paint, grease or other substances. If surface is uneven, rub down with appropriate grinder and wipe out all dust with brush and cloth. In case of any holes or cracks, fill up with good quality crack filler and level the surface.
DIRECTION FOR USE : Open the container lid and stir the contents. Transfer the required quantity in to a clean vessel and add clean potable water in the ratio 1:0.20 slowly while stirring. Now the product is ready to use. Always use good quality brush or roller. Coating can applied in horizontal or vertical direction. Topcoat can be applied after six hours of the base coat.
