MANDEX AART premium water based paint specially designed for application on ceilings. It is an easy-to-apply product which dries to an attractive ultra-flat finish. This product is meant for use by professional painters where a superior finish is required. This ceiling white has a tinted shade to provide maximum opacity and evenness of appearance, and to give best non-yellowing properties. Its excellent covering power and ease of application with low spatter technology make it possible to obtain an excellent finish with the minimum of effort. New Work – Before applying AART, surface must be clean and dry. Remove all dust and dirt. Newly plastered walls or taped wallboard must be allowed to dry thoroughly before painting.
Old Work – Before applying AART, clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all loose paint, dust, chalk, grease, oil, mildew and other contaminants. Lightly sand glossy areas. Spot prime and sand all patched areas.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Open the container lid and stir the contents. Transfer the required quantity in to a clean vessel and clean potable water in the ratio 1:0.30 slowly while stirring. Now the product is ready to use. Always use good quality brush or roller. Coating can applied in horizontal or vertical direction. Topcoat can be applied after six hours of the base coat.
COVERAGE : Approximately 150sq.ft per litre on smooth or sealed surfaces. This is based on a film thickness of 15 microns, not taking into account losses due to method of application. On porous or rough surfaces the spreading rate may drop to 10 to15 sq.ft per litre for the first coat.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES: Stir the contents well before use | Do not apply on hot and moist surface | Clean all applicators with water only | Keep the container tightly closed when not in use | Store the material in cool and dry place | Store the material away from the reach of children
SAFETY MEASURES: Mandex- AARTdoes not contain any chemicals hazardous to health; it is a purely eco-friendly and low VOC. However, for additional safety, wear mask and gloves while handling. In case of contact with eyes or face, wash with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Mandex products are manufactured under strict quality control in all areas of production. Great care is exercised from raw material procurement to processing and product packing to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications. The performance of each products is totally guaranteed when used according to our direction for use.
